Amazon Alexa will soon be able to speak or read stories in the deceased voice.

Amazon's senior vice president, Rohit Prasad showed off a bunch of new features and updates to Alexa at the Mars Conference in Las Vegas.

TechCrunch reported that a "Grandmother's voice was used to tell a bedtime story to  a grandson, whose mother just passed away." Rohit Prasad said that using the new method, Alexa can make amazing sounds, with only one minute of speech.

Amazon talked about the new features at the conference and showed a video, in that video, there is a little boy who asks Alexa "Alexa, can grandma finish reading me the Wizard Of OZ."

And within a few seconds, Alexa started reading a story in the voice of the little boy's grandma, at a more human-like pace.
