If you own a new Huawei device, you might be disappointed to learn that Google services don't work on newer Huawei phones.
That includes Google Play, Google Chrome, Youtube, Gmail, and Maps.
This happened as the U.S Government legally considers Huawei a security threat.
This is because Huawei is a Chinese company and the Chinese government claims a right to their data.
You can sideload apps but Google warned about this.
Sideloading Google apps also carries a high risk of being tampered with or altered in ways that compromise users' security.
Google has asked Donald Trump's administration to allow it to work with Huawei to find a secure workaround.
But Trump's administration declined the request.
So remember to never sideload google apps in your new Huawei phone as that might put your security in critical status.
